To register for courses, a parent needs to sign up for a registration account if s/he doesn't have one already. Then the course registration is done through that account. By clicking the “My Account” button, parents can see the courses that they purchased on their account page.
If another parent of the same student purchases a course with his/her account BOTH parents will see the ALL registration under their own account.
Each student will have their own block of registrations and new blocks will be created for each different student.
Parents can click on the "Actions" button to view the invoice and download it if needed.
The coloring at the left side of the registration items shows different types of registrations. There is a legend where you can find the meaning of each color down below registration boxes.
Approved: When the status of the registration is approved.
Canceled: The registration is canceled by AlphaStar.
Declined: The registration is declined by AlphaStar.
Incomplete: The registration needs further action by AlphaStar.
Not Approved: The registration is not approved.
Pending Payment: The registration is started but payment is not made.
